Mandarin honey

Produced in the Palermo area in the hamlet of Ciaculli in the months of April / May.

Color: straw yellow, when it crystallizes it tends to become slightly lighter.
Crystallization: large and sandy crystals, semi-rapid that tends to white.
Odor: medium-low intensity, floral, reminiscent of the same flowers.
Taste: delicate, honey of medium aromatic intensity, between floral and fruity.
Uses: to spread on bread, as a sweetener in coffee, in herbal teas, to melt in the mouth.
