It was a sparkling evening of Sicilian flavors, scents and colors last night, Tuesday, April 5, at “Zagara Milano,” which inaugurated its new concept store at Via Monti 2.
A corner of Sicily in the heart of Milan, in a now larger and more welcoming space.
A refined “Bottega Sicula” that gathers the excellence of Sicilian products, all strictly artisanal and made following the methods of the past.
Hailing from Messina, Stefania Quagliata Vender showed her reality: from organic food with even gourmet specialties from authentic gourmets, to hand-woven and hand-painted spun fabrics, from Caltagirone ceramics to bijoux made in chiacchierino, hand-painted or lava stone, from leather furniture complements to special room fragrances and natural body care products.
To make the evening even more special, an original cocktaila base of yummy Sicilian cannoli and tasty caponatine.
A real success, with the presence of numerous personalities from culture, art, finance, industry and entrepreneurship, and Milanese socialites, including Luisa Beccaria, Ferruccio De Bortoli, Sergio Dompè, Paolo Veronesi, Marco Alloisio, Marta Brivio Sforza, Cecilia Rossi Colussi, Antonella Boralevi, Marinella Di Capua, Evelina Flachi, Piero Addis, Michela Bruni Reichlin, Adriano Teso, Alessandro Di Carpegna Brivio, Patrizia Grieco, Anna Repellini, Monica Nascimbeni, Emanuele Viscuso, Alessandro Algardi, and Antonella and Roberto Jarach.
